The AniGARD^® VF Animal Transfer Station is a vertical flow re-circulating air clean bench that provides Class 100 protection by delivering HEPA-filtered air to the work surface. This ergonomically engineered cabinet features an optional adjustable work surface and slanted viewscreen for increased worker comfort. AniGARD^® VF provides animal protection and particulate control during routine cage changing operations in the laboratory while maximizing productivity and flexibility.

Improved Productivity

	Wide work area permits access by multiple operators.
	Flat, spacious work surface allows cages to be pulled in and out quickly.
	Interior dimensions are 313/4" (H) x 23" (F–B) x 58" (W)
	The 14" high access openings to the work area accommodate a variety of cage sizes; hinged viewscreen opens to 30" allowing access to work area and greater visibility during normal operation.

Mobile Operation

	Configured with mobile stand with casters and pull bars, the AniGARD® VF is easy to move and maneuver throughout the laboratory.
	At lowest adjustment, the low-profile unit fits through standard doorways and down laboratory aisles..
	The hydraulic adjustment positions the work surface elevation at infinite levels from 21" to 40".

	Primary HEPA supply filter is removed through the front plenum area.
	Ability to scan-test HEPA filters ensures leak-free integrity.
	The hinged viewscreen has a unique latch system to maintain the viewscreen in an upright position when required.

	Rear forklift slots facilitate installation.
	Pre-filter below work surface helps capture large particles, prolonging HEPA filter life.

Exclusive Momentum Air Curtain and High Velocity Air Slots

The AniGARD^® VF employs a unique momentum air curtain to help ensure product protection and offer additional protection without restricting access.

This airflow design generates a more impenetrable barrier along the perimeter of the work surface, working to prevent room particulates from entering the work area.

AniGARD^® VF airflow

	A stainless steel diffuser strategically positioned just below the supply filter directs filtered air down the inside of the viewscreen, creating faster airflow of a nominal 175 FPM along the front of the work zone.
	Airflow over the center of the work surface is a nominal 50–60 FPM.
	High velocity return air slots along the front of the work surface under negative pressure assist in capturing particulates that are knocked down by the momentum air curtain.
