Stainless Steel Design
As with all BioZone Ventilated Racking, the IPG System Rack
is made from 304 grade Stainless Steel for durability and
cleanliness. The design is very lightweight meaning reduced
transport costs and easier manuverability.

conversion from 2 Single Sided Racks to 1 Double Sided
Rack utilising the same Air Handler Unit. |

One person can easily assemble the IPG System Rack

the ease of air flow the Air Handler Unit uses less

Capacity Footprint
The compact design of the IPG System Rack allows for
high capacity, meaning that you can now hold up to
220 Type 22 cages within a 1m x 2m Footprint with
a rack height of under 2m. |
Even
Pressure Throughout the Rack
Great care has been taken throughout the design process
to ensure that cage pressures remain constant throughout
the rack. This means that the cages will run at an
even pressure of 0.9 pascals at any cage location.
The even airflow also means that the cage pressure
remains constant even when cages are removed from
the Rack. |
